All
of our tutors are...
-
Native-fluent
Spanish speakers with extensive
tutoring experience
Our
mission is to create Spanish masters.
A Spanish master must be able
to communicate orally and in writing
with native Spanish speakers.
We believe that the only way to
obtain and verify that level of
mastery is by putting a student
face to face with a native-fluent
Spanish speaker in every tutoring
session.
- Energetic,
enthusiastic and strongly passionate
about teaching and their culture
We
recognize that a strong rapport
and good chemistry between tutor
and student is essential to the
effectiveness of Tailored One-on-One
tutoring. Our Spanish tutors are
energetic, motivational, personable,
patient, well-rounded and skilled
at creating the type of enjoyable
environment that encourages students
to achieve academic success. We
strive to excite our students about
the learning process by instilling
a sense of confidence in them, which
in turn makes them more productive,
faster learners.
- Highly
educated and carefully screened
SPANISH
black belt™ makes sure that
the Spanish instructors it hires
are the cream of the crop. All of
our Spanish tutors are carefully
screened and come from many of the
country’s most prestigious
universities. All of our Spanish
tutors must pass a rigorous diagnostic
exam in order to ensure that they
are able to instruct effectively.
- Extensively
trained in the science and art of
tutoring Spanish with our method
Once
a tutoring candidate's academic
abilities have been ascertained,
the accepted Spanish tutor is professionally
trained in the methods that will
help her get the best results from
her students. Spanish tutors are
granted a license to tutor for us.
License renewal is based on performance
and customer input. Performance
is closely monitored throughout
employment to ensure our students’
complete satisfaction. In addition,
Spanish tutors are required to consistently
earn high ratings on student evaluations.
- Customer-centric
and accessible outside of class
SPANISH black belt™ enjoys
a very slow turnover rate with Spanish
tutors because it offers them a
professional and well-compensated
business opportunity. Unlike other
tutoring companies that hire volunteers,
SPANISH black belt™ has a
steady group of Spanish tutors that
develop lasting relationships built
on respect and mutual understanding
with students. Your satisfaction
determines their compensation.
